While distributors will still be dealing with customer service professionals at each division that they have come to rely upon, it is the goal of this multi-faceted corporation to “pool” its resources and unique strengths to become a force unlike any other currently operating in North America. Ifastgroupe is able to service any level of requirement in their range of manufactured products by controlling each process from “Billet-to-Box.” All divisions will continue to operate independently under the Ifastgroupe banner, but behind the scenes great attention will be given to each and every inquiry to determine specific customer requirements and how those requirements can be best serviced. As a progressive globally minded company, Ifastgroupe divisions are striving to find “trading partners” to augment what they can manufacture competitively, as witnessed by the blended sourcing program that can be offered through Infasco Nut and Ingersoll Fasteners or through Ifastgroupe Distribution’s continued expansion into the imported products arena for standard nuts, washers, stainless steel fasteners and socket screws. Qualified technical personnel regularly visit supplier’s factories to ensure that product from these sources meet our high standards for quality. Ifastgroupe Divisions in the past have focused primarily on manufacturing their core product lines.
